  I'm morally obligated to inform the general public this individual Bohdan Olesnicky on 4-25-2016 with the assistance of Bear Valley Paramedics & a S.B. Sheriff named Sarge denied me access to my wife of 37 years after having a seizure at home in the ER
  Bohdan without Patient consent or my consent drugged my wife into a 48 hr amnesiac state.
  Disturbing,Reckless,Negligent.
