  My bride and I are new to Dr. Mann's practice.
  I would like to offer a suggestion. It is standard procedure when waiting for the doctor to be ushered into the room where he/she will be seen. I think psychologically it would be better to have the patient return to the main waiting area until the doctor is about to meet with him/her. Then call the patient in at that time. This would make it seem that the time spent to see the doctor would be much faster.
