  This lighting company carried an outdated light fixture and bulb I needed (or so I was told).
  When I got there, the sales person told me what I needed but that he would order it for me. I was told it would be there in a week, possibly two. Of course I paid for it right then. It was more than what I intended to pay but since I was getting both pieces, I figured it was worth it.
  One month later I started to call because this company doesn't update you on what is happening with your order. I was told it would be another ten days. Two days short of two months since I placed the order, I called to cancel the order but was told it was there.
  I went in only to discover that only the bulb had arrived and was also told that the bulb was all that was ordered. I also needed the connecting piece for the bulb to fit into the kitchen light. Now it was one thing to be told that the only thing ordered was the bulb (which I could have bought at Lowes in stock for half price) but since I knew that the sales person KNEW what I wanted when I ordered it plus his prissy attitude with me like I was the one that was wrong made me livid. I didn't even address the fact that they made me wait TWO months for a BULB then tell me "Well I'll call tomorrow to see what we can do"! REALLY????? I said no and he said, I'll give you a refund then! I mean let's not apologize for the months I waited for nothing!!
  I will NEVER go to that place again and you shouldn't either!!
